The Core provides consultation and technical expertise for these assessments. The Unit has two locations and four experienced research technicians for performing nutrition assessments.
- The Bionutrition Unit provides a broad range of nutrition-related research services to investigators. This includes dietary analysis and evaluation of patient intake, food frequency questionnaires, nutrition education, and calculation of study meals. The Unit is staffed by an experienced registered dietitian and nutritionists who are available for protocol consultation.
